Allergy/Asthma
Information Association (AAIA)
The Allergy/Asthma
Information Association (AAIA) is the only national organization
dedicated to helping allergic individuals and their families cope
with the total allergy spectrum - from hayfever sniffles and sneezes to life-threatening
food allergies to asthma. All publications and many services are available in both English and French.
The AAIA offers membership,
newsletters, resources
such as buttons, posters, brochures, and local contacts for support
and networking. The AAIA also works with the federal and provincial
governments, and the food and drug industries to advocate for the
allergy/asthma community. The AAIA played an important role in establishing

Allergic Living magazine
The magazine and web site have helpful, credible articles on allergies, asthma and environmental allergies. It's also CANADIAN, which is a refreshing change to all the American magazines we get, so you can actually find the products in our stores! How refreshing. It also is good quality magazine.
Webmaster note: I highly recommend it.
Epi-Man
Épi-Man
Epi-Man was created in 2004 by Maxime, a little boy with severe multiple food allergies. Epi-Man flies around looking for people to help, and when he sees someone trying to give food to a little kid with allergies, he swoops down and intervenes.
The site has various news and allergy links, a one-act play in English and French which can be performed in an elementary school, an Epi-Man costume pattern and links to posters among other things.
